At a press conference today, dressed in a complete ensemble of leather and latex and holding a 10 foot black bullwhip, Mistress Kassandra Kruel announced today that she would be seeking to unseat Republican James Lankford for Oklahoma’s 5 district congressional seat.
Lankford announced he would run in the 2014 special Senate election to succeed Tom Coburn, leaving the seat open for Kruel to fulfill her political ambition.
“I’m going to whip Congress into shape!” she declared, announcing her campaign slogan and strategy.
Reporters questioned her simplistic approach and metaphor. Kruel responsed to reporters telling them “this is no metaphor. I am used to getting what I want and if I need to use a little discipline, I’m willing to do it. Trust me, most of these Republican hacks are seeing professional dominants in Washington already. I have a list and I know their weaknesses and fetishes. The people they see are my friends, so I already have a network.”
When asked about her plans to govern, the statuesque Mistress made her agenda clear. “I don’t have any plans to govern. But then again neither does anyone else in Congress. This is all about control, domination, and humiliation and these are my areas of expertise. I love breaking down powerful men and making them my slaves.”
When questioned about her unusual approach to politics, Kruel told The Daily Flogger, “Listen, in my line of work you go where the freaks are and Washington DC and Congress in particular has some of the highest concentration of potential clients.”
Mistress E, a long time friend and associate of Kruel doesn’t think her presence in the nation’s capitol will make much of a difference, but added “It can’t hurt either. It is about time someone gave those guys a beating.”
