HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA
In a surprising announcement from Paramount, Michael Bey, director of the Transformers franchise, as well as Armageddon and Pearl Harbor, is scheduled to direct a yet untitled film set in the world of BDSM.
An executive at Paramount told The Daily Flogger that the studio is looking to capitalize on the recent wave of publicity surrounding the 50 Shades of Grey series of novels.
The film is rumored to take a revolutionary tactic to movie making, foregoing a script entirely and simply combining fast cuts between women tied up and being whipped with images of things being blown up in huge and violent explosions.
The film will have very limited dialogue all of which will be ad-libbed by the performers.
The film will reunite Transformer stars Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox, both of whom have been labeled as “difficult to work with” and were each fired from the Transformers franchise.
Bey’s involvement in the project is contingent on his ability to “bind and torture LaBeouf and Fox at his own discretion and for unlimited periods,” according to a leaked copy of the contract.
Fox and LaBeouf’s agents have reportedly signed them up for the project in the hopes that “they get all that they deserve.”
In a joint statement from the actors’ agents, the pair wrote “Megan and Shia and very happy to be reunited with Michael Bey. We will do everything in our power to cooperate with the filmmakers and the team they are assembling in a remote region of an undisclosed country.”
When asked if the project will be successful, Bey told The Daily Flogger that “everyone who has ever worked with them will definitely want to see this. I am really making this movie for them.”
