A misunderstanding based on vocabulary has Dwight Hauser and Martin Zest, producers of the BDSM film Punished Princess, in jail and possibly facing criminal charges after the set was raided and star of the film Anastassia O’Toole, 18, accused the producers of “nonconsensual acts.”
According to police reports, the actress repeatedly insisted the porn shoot was “completely nonconsensual” and that “nothing that happened the whole day was consensual.”
The Daily Flogger has discovered that the entire event may be the result of a misunderstanding and lack of vocabulary on the part of the model/actress.
“I didn’t know what the word consensual meant,” she told us, “but it sounded bad. How was I supposed to know. Think about it. Most things that have the word con in them are bad. Like being conned or being convicted or Converse shoes or Congress. All bad things. So when they asked if this was all consensual I said ‘Absolutely not!’ I thought consent was something bad, like they were asking me if something was wrong or something.”
Officer Malcolm Kennedy, one of the officers on the scene told The Daily Flogger, “She was emphatic and we asked her every way we knew how. No matter what she asked, the answer was always no, there was no consent. We didn’t have a choice but to make the arrest. It never occurred to us that Ms. O’Toole was just stupid.”
The Daily Flogger obtained a transcript of the officer’s conversation with Ms. O’Toole.
Kennedy: You are sure this wasn’t consensual?
O’Toole: No officer, I swear it wasn’t consensual.
Kennedy: So at no time did anyone get your consent.
O’Toole: No, Sir. There is no consent on this set at any time.
Kennedy: So no one ever got your consent?
O’Toole: Never. Nothing like that here. These people don’t believe in consent. I’ve never even heard it talked about. I know consent can be a big thing on other sets and I have heard other girls talk about it, but not Dwight and Marty! Those guys would never try to get my consent. They aren’t like that!
Attorneys for the producers have filed for their release, but until there is a further investigation, the pair of BDSM producers are likely to stay incarcerated.
“Our hands are tied,” said assistant DA Margaret Jones, “well not actually, I mean literally, tied.”
O’Toole said she wanted to discuss the case further with us, but was under a gag order, which, to her, “sounded kind hot.”
